Sorry for this post here but my new car is arriving in 1 month. Perfect condition Silver/ Black E55 for sale. 23k miles. There are no scratches or dings anywhere. Wheels are in perfect condition. All updated trans and engine software was updated with the latest E55 software at Mercedes dealership. Comes fully loaded along with only option for 1999 K2a(phone and cd changer) Starmark certified warranty until January 2004 or 100k miles. Reasonable offers considered so long as purchaser allows me to run vehicle through dealership so that I could get the tax credit on my new vehicle. Clarification on 1999 E55 for sale
 

I have received many emails regarding what updated trans and engine software means and wanted to clarify. As many of you know, Mercedes constantly updates the ecu and shifting patterns in their vehicles. The Mercedes-Benz dealership installed all the updated software/programs that were available for my car, thus enabling my car to have all the newest technology available from Mercedes for the E55.
