Jerry,
I could be very interested but I am on the other coast! I have few Q:
Can you post a picture of the headers for the E55 W210?
Besides the look , what would be the advantage of going with the stainless?
Are you headers planned to connect to the OEM Down Tubes? Wouldnt changing the downtubes be a better choice? and if so what happens to the OEM Primary Cats?
Let us know please, I am sure several people are interested.
Cheers , Max

I personally prefer mild steel that is heat treated. To me, I don't see the advantage in SS.
Our headers will connect to the stock location.
More info very soon.

The headers I showed you above are log style, but the pipe size is larger.

if i was interested in getting one of your ecu flashes for my e55 how much would that cost? i am concerned that it wont trip any cel lights and or cause any adverse drivability issues. i do want more power for my e55, but want to make sure it will be headache free. im looking for increased acceleration and improved drivability. i also want great customer service in a timely fashion, and if i have any issues, i can send the ecu back to you so you can rectify any problems without drama. CAN YOU DELIVER? IF so i wil do business with you.

Big thanks to SaMaS for dropping his car off yesterday for the header project! His willingness to live without his car for 1-2 weeks allows us to develop a good set of headers for the W210 E55.
We will be offering them in both Stainless Steel and Mild Steel with high temp heat coating. Heat coating is not offered on the stainless steel.
Pricing is TBD, but will be affordable.
We will also be developing a custom tune that can be sold as a package with the headers for an even larger discount.
We are aiming for shorty style headers.
Stay tuned!!

We made a change in the design. We decided to go with a 4 in to 1 collector.
Stay tuned!

can you give a rough estimate as to how much power you anticipate these producing when combined with a tune?
