Hello Everyone,
We are proud to finally announce our performance headers are now available for sale. They have been quite some time in the making but it was worth the wait as we went through numerous prototypes and now the final production version is complete. Very nice. Congrats on finally finishing this product.
Do you have any pics of the headers fitted/installed? What is the estimated cost? And what are the realistic, anticipated gains without software?

Hello Jordan,
I know you have been waiting longer than most, we apologize but we do thank you for your patience. We wanted to make sure it was just right before we released it. We already have dyno lined up via one of our SLK55 AMG customers (basically should be almost identical gains as W210 E55) so that should be a good indicator of what to expect. Dynos are 100% independently done by our customer so they will be real world gains.
Once we have solid verifiable gains on a Dyno Dynamics dyno we will go one step above all of our competitors and Dyno guarantee our gains on our products (which NO MB tuner has ever done). We stand by our products 100% and we truly do believe in them and this is yet another step in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Dynos should be out before end of the month.

We know you have been waiting a while and we understand any new tuner must go through the whole vetting process (and we have more than any other) but we feel this is merely a challenge to overcome and once we come out of this there will be no doubt about the quality of our product and our service. We will not stop until we provide the MB community with the highest quality product at the lowest price and we are determined to achieve our goals. We thank you for those kind words. The baseline dynos have already been done and we should hopefully have results by the end of the month.

No unfortunately they won't, the ML55 have a special rare type of header simply b/c of how the engine sits in the engine bay. However, we will have headers for roughly 10-12 different M113 V8s and eventually we plan to have 16+.

Tester has installed the headers and has been very satisfied with the results so far, No dynos yet but I will have the customer post their findings once the dynos have been done. I will post a small excerpt of the initial impressions:
"Headers installed. No issues. The sound is fantastic! They look fantastic! Not
that much louder, but your comments are correct - all the noises are somehow richer,
fuller, more exotic sounding. Honestly, the car sounds much more expensive than it is -
any louder or raspier and it will cheapen the whole experience. My mechanic loved
them as well."
Now just have to wait for the dyno results. Thanks for your patience guys, I can assure you it will be worth the wait. Thanks,

Yes, that is one of the reasons we designed our headers this way to ensure they are compatible with both RHD and LHD. Before & After Dynos should be coming soon Samas. Thanks.
