Parting out SC & Brembo

I'm also considering parting out my S/C, ECU, header, dwn pipe & Brembo if I can find someone local who willing to swap out their factory parts for them, I will give them a killer deal on them

I'm thinking of giving this car to my niece and she don't need these on the car, 16 yr old plus Supercharged V8 equal lots of trouble

Here the deal

If I Have to part it out this is what I want.
You all know how much the Kleemann SC, ECU, header, dwn pipes cost new, not included labor so here the deal.

I just want $5,000 for the Kleemann stuff plus your factory part and you have to paid for the labor to get it swaped.

Brembo GT 6-pot 355mm, 4-pot 328mm, like new no scratches on Caliper. $3500 plus your factory AMG part and you paid for the labor to get it swap. This should be an easy job.
All these are new, I bought this E55 less than 2yr ago. And i don't drive it that much.
Basically I just want the car back to factory as much as possible so I can give it to my niece.

Or just buy the whole car for $28,000

So what do you guy think?? I'm open for suggestion.

Doubt you'll get a buyer at your price, even though your car is nice, parting out may be the only option if you want to recover some $, 211 55's are ranging from 20-30K for 2003-2005's with low mileage... so its kind of a hard sell, good luck though.

I know...Like I said if I don't sell it I just part it out and give it to my niece. Main thing is the SC, i just want that thing off the car. I'm sure the car will be in little pieces in a few month if it in her hand.

you funny! so how the installation go??

btw, I had a fuel leak from the fuel line that connect to the FMU located in the fuel pump area a few month ago. Lost half tank of fuel. the clamp that Kleemann use is to small and over time it slip off the FMU. SO you might want to use a screw down clamp instead of the squeeze type clamp. Maybe your is different..thought you might want to know.

According to Kleemann, $7,000.

But seriously. It's my understanding the ECUs are VIN coded (permanently). Meaning you can't just swap, you would need to recode back to stock and the new S/C car would have to get retuned. It's probably easier to just swap cars if you're interested. Saves labor, saves tuning, etc. Ultimately, you'll be happier this way, too.
