Future plans&thoughts around the Eaton M112 blower, low CR pistons etc etc
I might want to lower the CR in my car to run much more boost. And as you know i have the Eaton M112 blower in my Kleemann kit which is a less efficient S/C'er then a real Twin-Screw like Lysholm,IHI etc etc...
If i was about to lower the CR to around 8,5:1 or 9,0:1 would anyone want to guess how much boost the Eaton blower could take without turning red from the heat
Maybe port the Eaton for a litte bit better efficiency.I heard the F150 Lightning guys or Ford Mustang guys push the M112 up to 15 Psi or 1 bar of boost.
Where to find low CR pistons for our M113 V8's?
Any inputs would be appreciated for a HP junkie like me
What about better intercooling instead of raising boost? Cryospray?
Problem with head spacer is finding one that will stand the pressure. I've heard of many cars that it won't stand the higher pressure and therefore it feels somewhat like a "cheap" alternative.
Never heard of Cryospray, whats that?
And thanks for the tip on the pistons Fabio, i'll have them in mind later on.
