brakes parts

hi guys, i am looking at places online to buy oem rotors and parts, tried germanimportedparts, but when i tried to checkout, there was a prompt on my browser stating that the web site was being directed to another site and not secure. I tried calling them in person but no one answers the phone. Does anyone have any recommedations where I can but quality oem brake rotors. thanks

I have a local parts place down the road that sells German parts for a decent price. I asked about front rotors a few weeks back, and he quoted me like $180 a rotor for the fronts that are genuine Mercedes parts. As far as I've seen, that's awesome. Of course the rears are much cheaper

Depends on what you spends!

Okay, here's a subject that ought to bring in the comments.

Top of the line Brembo GT 328mm Big Brake Kit, be prepared to fork over the cash $3K

Front rotors reasonably priced performance: Disk Italia Drilled or Slotted -Brakeworld.com $475.00/pair

Front Rotors Standard Fair OEM: Partsgeek.com OES or OEQ $550/pair

Rear rotors ATE PremiumOne: TireRack.com $240/pair

Pads: Okebono for Low Dust or Hawk for Stopping Power - Tirerack.com

Lots of others, can't wait to see more posts on this subject!

brakes

Am planning to replace all rotors and pads. besides rotors and padds, let me know if these items are necessary also.

anti squeel compound (2)
mounting bolts ( 4 total)- two for the front, two for the rear.
brake sensors ( two for front , one for rear)

Probably leaning towards autohauz for the rotors , front for sure, possibly the rears there too but not sure if the rears are oem

for the pads, through tirerack

Any difference between the left and right front rotors? Most rotors are interchangeable left to right or vice versa but MB assigned a different part # for each?

Yes, different left/right, internal vent cooling design has different possition, this is why Mercdes assign different part #
