Two important questions...

1- Lower it just a little. I don't know which pads I have at the moment, but I am certain this is something I won't be able to do on my own, so the question is....if I take it to my local Indy MB/AMG shop, and tell the guy what I want, will he know what #1 pad is, etc? How much $$ will this cost?
2- I want to make the exhaust sound a little better. It is stock at the moment, and I have read several post saying the best mod is the cat delete and X-pipe. Again, I just want her to sound better, I am not trying to get extra ponnies. I don't want to mess with the exhaust and cause loss of power either, or to fail Texas Inspection. Just deeper sound. Again, will the MB/AMG local guy know what we are talking about? How much $$ will this cost?
Thanks in advance.
Claudio.

FYI, the pads have nubs. ie: #1 pad has one nub; #2 pad has two nubs, etc. And, they are relatively inexpensive.
2. I deleted the resonator. Then, I installed an X-pipe T304 2.5". She purrs nicely at the stop light, and screams at WOT. Parts and labor at the muffler shop was in the $300 range.
.
damn i just picked up some pads from dealer #1's yesterday only ran me $25 with tax n all . 1-2 labor install will be just front or rear if they go by the book time
