I actually pulled mine off just for the pic but CLK 69 doesn't have a plate yet cuz he just bought the car. As far as being hassled by chippers possibly?? I guess when they see the AMG badge! lol!:eek: :eek: :p :p

Nice car! Looks like the bumpers are different for AMG. Also,
the nice looking twin tail pipes E320 hides them . Does the car
expend any noticeable extra gas for the extra power that it supplies? I would think with all the advances in technology
that MB has made E55 must be getting mileage close to its
younger E320 brother. Yes?

First thanks for the compliment. The bumper for the AMG and if you look at the sport version of the E-class they are the same. Gas mileage wise i would think that the E55 uses a little bit more because of it's V8 engine but one you have a few thousand miles it should be close to the E320.

Remind me to de-badge when I get my E55. :D
