W210 E55 AMG upper hose 3 way connector, hose clamps and little hose to radiator
 

For a while I've been looking for the 3 way connector and little hose that goes to the radiator with the hose clamps and they don't come up on any part diagrams and the dealer can't even find them. I decided to buy a brass 3 way fitting and find the hose clamps and little hose in the correct size to change out when I refresh my cooling system. I ordered all new hoses and heater hoses and today when they came in I saw the 3 way connector, clamps and the little hose to the radiator comes attached to hose #210 500 14 72. It's the long skinny hose that goes from the top of the coolant tank to the 3 way fitting. Just thought I'd make a post if anyone else is looking for these parts as well and can't find them.

I had the same issue, mine just snapped when I was removing the fan. I ended up getting a generic connector set from autozone that had the three-way connector in it. Fit perfectly.

The plastic 3 way tee is only available as the complete hose and costs about $250
