Custom wheels/tires sizes

'91 964 Turbo, '02 E55's & '14 E63s-w
Custom wheels/tires sizes
I currently have :
19 x 9 et 30 with 255/35/19 ---barely clears the top suspension nut
19x 9.5 et 42 with 295/30/19-
The new wheels I am going with :
19 x 9 et 27 and keep the same tire size
The rear one I am questioning as I am wanting to go with 10 or 10.5 with 295/30 but not too sure on the offsets ?
I was thinking going with 38 but 35 could work too, is that correct?

With my current 19 x 9 set up with 255/35/19 but with spacers and hub centric rings (hate the combo), it clears the bolt just fine without any rubbing. I still went ahead and got an extra 3 mm clearance so I am sure Ill be fine
