The right front looks like it is headed this way too but is mostly silver colored with a very slight gold tint. Any ideas for power coating or other to retain silver color are appreciated.

Gid: I would have been there with my Porsche but I was in the Bahama's. Be real careful of the brakes. Putnam is a reasonably high speed track and they might be OK but don't try your car at Gingerman if you want to go hard for 20 minutes, you'll cook the brakes. My rotors were shot with one weekend at Gingerman: bad cracks. And the worst part is, you get no warning other than the lamp but everyone ignores it.

Gid, I have been thinking aboout the gold caliper. Do you think MB engineers designed it to change color when heated just to detect such a type of driving? I believe they would call it abuse, we would call it fun. Just a thought.
