MBWorld GTG Moroso Drags - Early January 2006

Cmon guys
lets get this thing up and running - this cold front passes through tomorrow - tomorrow night is the best chance of cold dryish air that we have had in the past 12 months - its about 10-15 degrees cooler than normal so dont let this opportunity slip by.
If everything goes well I will be at the gates at around 6pm - I will bring a couple of video cameras too if anyone is interested in getting a video clip of themselves running down the strip.
Let us know whos going to be there - please add / delete your name from the list

I also invited our M5 buddies at M5Board again - there was an existing thread expressing interest in Moroso this Friday so I extended the invitation to them - hopefully we can meet some of these guys and check out there uber-sedans!

I'll be there . But the car is not finished . I show you the headers Cams and special; tools I brought. Show in tell??
Class. I also got my Nitto drag radials mounted today. They were the last set at the east coast distributors. Nitto will not make any smaller sizes anymore. I'll have to find a way to open up the wheel well farther

Conditions are getting really good for tonight - humidity will be even further down than predicted - temps in the low 50's, humidity in the low 50's - should be fun
Ill be there tonight with my E55 - looking forward to meeting up with all MBWorld and M5Board members

Looks like no one went 
There were two E55's there and my M3. The Silver E55 was kicking *** though! I think his best was 12.1!!!! Way to go!
Was your car stock?
I ran a personal best of 13.3 at 106 in my stock SMG M3. That's 2 tenths faster than I ran in my C32.

Great runs on your side - congatulations - I too was very happy with the weather and the the times reflected the weather for sure - I too was faster by 2/10ths (silver E55)

You ran wonderfully! We were all amazed at how great your car was running! Nice burnouts as well.
I think your car is the fastest stock E55 I have seen to date.
You are running 5 tenths faster than my stock C6 auto and your only 4 tenths off me on N20. Amazing!

i was there too in the black m3... damn, too bad i didnt meet you.. i think youre on the bmw forums too, right? maybe next time ill take the e55 so i can be approached instead of doing the approaching

Yep I'm flnsx on the M3 forums. I love MB's. I had a C43 then traded up for a C32 then up to an 03 E55. I like to move around and test other cars for a year or so. You only live once.
