I believe there is no exception to that rule. Even RennTech cars.

there are dealers that sell Renntech mods. They will keep your warranty out of good will but if you take it to another dealer, you would probably be treated the way like any other tuner mods.

received..

I'm going to wait just a bit, but i'm thinking of using ASP as well.

I'm not keepin the car very long (18 months max) and I probably won't hassle witht the ECU either.

My c32 runs perfect with just the ODPS.

But you got them and I am very happy for you, I could see your excitement right through the typing, hehehe, I felt same way when i mashed my car with the ASP ones too. I just can't wait to get my headers, heheheh.
did you pay $799 with ASP directly?

or did you go through a vendor.

please send me the info through PM when possible.

thanks,

Joe

Correct. However, any dealer that mods your car, be it with Renntech, Kleemann, etc. and does not get an acknowledgement in writing, that you are aware of the potential for voiding the warranty, is going to to have tough time getting out of fixing your car. MB may not get involved, or may void your warranty once they know of the situation, but the dealer will not be "off the hook" without your signature. It's not a pi$$ing contest I'd like to be in the middle of, but an attorney would not have any trouble forcing the dealers' hand.
