so I take it, you are pulling the trigger on the pulley?

I have had mine for 4 days now, and you can hear the kompressor very nicely. You can actually hear the "whzzzzzz" more when the kompressor is in full mode. Its that that loud, but enough to let people know.. there is something very powerful under that hood.

Hey topgun32, did you dyno your car before the pulley change? Are going to dyno it after? I would like to see the difference along with the A/F curve. Seems like no-one has done this yet and I would not trust the extra boost without it.

nope.. no dyno for me.

I have bee running my C32 without ECU as well and absolutely no problems at all.

The ECU will adapt for the extra air and will start running richer.

It is not on my priority list, but if I get a chance sometime soon I will get one. I'm pretty sure somebody else will beat to it.

For $800 its a no brainer.

They're right around the corner from me. What's say I pick them up, ship them to you and name a price?

Do you know if ASPs pulley has the harmonic balancer like the kleemann??? I know the ASP pulley makes more boost and power but is it just as safe?

yes.. its just like the stock pulley, but it has a bigger outter ring.

Basically look at your compressor and the belts it uses, follow it down to the big pulley in the middle. You will notice that pulley has 2 belts. The Outbelt is for your kompressor, that side of the pulley is made bigger by ASP, the part of the pulley attached to the engine is left untouched by ASP.

Unless MB Tech is really looking at your Pullies, it would be hard to tell the difference.

I think its safe, since the swap is pretty simple and you can always put the stock one back and take it to the dealer for repairs.
