New Mods were waiting for me when...

New Mods were waiting for me when... I got home from vacation. Having a housesitter is great when you have packages being delivered daily

What came in:

Flat AMG Hood Crest (Mario)
19" Bremma's and Toyo tires (EuroRev)
AMG crest center caps (ebay)
Clear Side Markers (ebay)
E63 Rear lip wing (ebay)
Merc OEM SS Pedal
Eisenmann Exhaust (MBWorld member)

I was not home from Cabo more then 30 minutes and I was installing the mods!

Do a search for "Mario" He sold me mine for $150.00 shipped. I had it in a few days. It is a high quality crest I was impressed! The fit is perfect too.

BigApe your PM folder is full.

Take a small flat head screwdriver to the rear tip of the side marker so the tip that faces the back/trunk of the car. It pops out with a little pressure. Take a look at the clear side marker and you can see how it locks into place.

Center Caps were on ebay do a search for AMG center caps or something along those lines. I think they were $40 +S/H

20's I live in Denver the roads here are not like they are in So.Cal. Especially in the City where I live and drive.

Thanks Kevin. We stayed at RIU, the place was nice. The alcohol was available anywhere you looked, including your room. However the food was horrible. Breakfast was great but Lunch and dinner were awful. We ended up eating out in Cabo San Lucas for several meals. We were there for Presidents Club so It was 100% paid for by my company so it is hard to complain. I came back with a nasty cold of some sort, which sucks. I don't think I would do all inclusive if it were my vacation.

Ahh. well it is hard to complain since the company paid, but if you go back, this is the place to stay...

I know I dont drive an E55 yet guys but I hope my comments are still welcome... Love the car... I'm just not feeling the wheels. Why install AMG replicas on an AMG model?

Because they do not make an AMG wheel that looks like these in an E55 offset.

Wheels are matter of opinion there are so many wheels that people on this forum and any other for argument sake that look awful IMHO. But the guy that purchased them may love the look. It comes down to what you like. I switch wheels pretty regularly as I get bored with the look.

I agree... Dont get me wrong, I'm not knocking your car one bit. I dont think they look bad, was just wondering the reasoning behind putting reps on the real thing.
