New HRE 1 Piece Monoblock wheels
For those of you (as I am) who are looking for light one piece forged wheels this may be the ticket. Saw them on a CLS and they are stunning.
The wheels are available in 19's and 20's. Best of all HRE is offering a 4 year/50,000 mile warranty for finish and road hazard warranty. I had my sights set on 19" Renntech monolite 10's but they are nowhere to be found. The HRE M40 appears to be the same wheel. Placing my order today.
Wheels are available in MB specific fitments for S/SL/CL/E/CLS and SL class cars. Two finishes chrome and brushed aluminum. Weights aren't published in the brochure but needless to say they will be light and strong For those of you in the Scottsdale area they are on a CLS in the showroom at Shumacher's.

Last i heard these are also only going to be sold threw Mercedes-Benz dealers as sort of like an OEM wheel. Hopefully that means they will not try ripping everyone off!

I saw the wheels, although i was told not to post pics yet. Pretty much, they are just like any of the other HRE wheels only with no lip, other then that you can still clearly tell they are HRE.

The Renntech Monolite 10 will be available in a few months. The Renntech wheel and the new HRE wheels are all made by the same company in Japan that makes the Champion wheels. Renntech has ordered about 40 sets of wheels. I believe that the wheels will be substantially less than the HRE wheels as MBZ will want their fair share of the profit.
I will post some pictures of the HRE's tomorrow from the brochure I received. Sorry but I am on the road and left the brochure in my car at the airport.
All being said since the Renntech Monolite 10 will be available and most likely cost less while being the same product I am ordering the Renntech wheels.

I was mistaken about the HRE monoblock wheels being made in Japan. I am not sure where they are made but they are not made in Japan. Sorry. I will try to post scans tomorrow.
