Can anyone chime in on ride quality between our E55's and SL and CL series Benzes?

I'm thinking cars with comparable speed or faster, so compare to an SL or CL 55/600/65.

Curious about handling, but more interested in smoothness and silence (over bumps, etc) and interior sound levels at cruising speed.

One more factor in deciding whether to keep the beast or move to another model...

I have all 3 and the SL is the least smooth and silent (that is good in my estimation), the E55 would be next in the pecking order and the CL is the smoothest and most quiet.

You have all 3? Present tense?
Is that like coin collecting where you get a whole set of all the coins made in that year?

I agree with your order, although the ABC makes the SL and CL feel more alike than the E does with either one.

Present tense but not like coin collecting they are different vintages: n '03, '05 and '06.
