Jesse, only managed to get in a half decent run of 12.2 @ 118.5. He has a very strong car and as soon as he gets it to hook up watch out for his times!

No we're not and we're not flying any flags either. But there are some guys running in the mid to high 11's which is very respectable.

Your running mid to high 11 seconds in a stock 55?The AMG flag is sik, it was in the stands cause we were at an AMG event!!!. You want us to put the flag down cause an ss camaro forum says we r gay??

No...I would handle name calling in a different way, the point I was trying to make if your going to represent AMG by flying flags and such then put down some sick times. Give those guys something to talk about beside a flag in the air. And yes there are some mid to high 11 second stock cars on this forum.... not many but there are few. I hope next time the track is in better shape. BTW way I could care less what any SS punk says....I live in the capital of Mustang and Cameroville. Most of these guys here don't even know what a AMG is, they think it's old SUV. For the most part most of these guys around here are good old country boys. Better luck next time!

Dudes, let the haters hate, the flag is awesome and it doesn't say anything more than the fact that we love our cars.
These guys drove all the way up to Sac for a fun day with the cars and spent a lot of time and money doing it. And the best you can do is criticize their flag waving as opposed to some positive feedback about the day? Well then that's cool too cause without your petty criticism we wouldn't get to talk this long about my awesome flag.

when I had a 350z and we had meets, there were civic-style haters and a lot of rx8 and lancer/sti haters as well...
with our cls's and e's, especially the fact that they are around 100k cars, the haters increase twofold... just dust the trash off your shoulder... keyword "ignore"

If those guys had more money, they wouldn't be saving up $500/mo to drop mods into a 10yr-old SS that on a good day is worth $10K-$12k. They know what's up, since at the end of the day they have to drive home in that car and then use it to go to work in the morning.
That commentary just makes them feel better about their own situation, and it's the same crap they'd say about any high-end car they saw at the track. It's the same reason people get so pissy on the highway when you're just driving normally, trying to change lanes or something, if you're in a nice car.
I find that doing something that wouldn't even raise an eyebrow in the Suzuki will immediately get me the middle finger, high beams, horn, or some combination thereof in the SL. I also love it when you have the top down and can hear the engine of the car next to you start roaring as soon as you put your blinker on to change lanes, as they try to close you out.
Don't take it personally. It's just human nature.

Well my job is done over there, I turned them against each other. Now they love our cars and are fighting over the confederate flag. LOL. They're actually okay guys. Much nicer than some of our on OT guys when they get a hold of a stranger.
