Question about 20'z on my 04 E55.

I ordered 20 inch TIS-07 rims for my 04 E55. The front tires were 245/35/20 and they didnt fit cauz they were touching some bolt. I sent those back and they are now sending me 255/30/20. Can ne1 tell me if that tire size will fit on my E55 PLEASE???

+1 what Rocket said, or go with a 245/30/20. I had to run that because my car beingn lowered, the tire would scrub the fender in turns...

The shop should have cut the bolt. I think 30's are too low of a profile. one good pot hole and your done.

True about the potholes, but even with the 35 series, if u hit the right hole, the rims bending.. So far, ive been good, and the raods here in NJ are absolute garbage. Strenghth of the wheel factors in also. Either way just drive cautiously when nec..

DUBS with 30/35 aspect tires in NYC - rims won't last long.

I guess it depends on your rim offset.
