Are you sure you have designo graphite? Designo graphite never comes in white... just like the name, it only came w/ graphite exterior.
If not CPO, given high mileage my guess would be high 40's. Depending how desparate you are, I'd open w/ low to mid 50's and be prepared for negotiation up to mid 40's.

I just bought a 04 E55 6 months ago. All the options you have, the car is in mint condition but with 19,300 miles. They started at $49,999 and I negotiating with them to give it to me for $48,000 including taxes. I looked at maybe 15-20 E55's b4 i bought this one i would say nothing under $50,000 for that 2006 of your's.
