Chicago Winter Meet!!!
So, I thought that since the weather has been so nice to us here is Chicago that we should organize a winter meet, preferably some where warm.... anyone know of a big heated garage....

If I have at least 10 people confirmed(no backing out) I can get both tracks combined at Chicago Indoor Racing with 3 or 4 days notice. Thursdays are the best days. Any takers?
That is a warm, welcoming space where we can get our adrenaline pumping legally.

something that can use more power
Keep me posted, as I have always wanted to hit up Chicago Indoor Racing. Which facility do you plan on organizing this for, Buffalo Grove or Addison?
I have a couple Evo and Sti buddies that would be up for this too if we are short heads.

I'm down for Chicago Indoor Racing. Make it like at least two weeks from today cause my car is in the shop due to rear suspension maintenance so I might not get it till end of this week. Anywhoo...both locations are awesome maybe we could all get a group race I used to go to the buffalo location like every other week.
btw, aleksandar1099 did you go to the other meet in schaumburg?

Good idea guys. I'm very interested, and as you all know, very willing to make the drive. I cannot do Thursday night though. If it's on the weekend I will most likely be able to make it. Sounds like a lot of fun.

The problem I have with go karts is that I almost never fit comfortably (I'm 6'5", 235lbs) and that they are typically very under powered for a guy my size which means I'm going to be sucking on Nick 55s tailpipe all night, and I just can't see that being much fun
Does anyone know if the Addison track has larger karts? Do you know what cc's they run?

Jason why don't you just move to Chicago? It's pretty obvious you are a fish out of water down there in Indy... as "WONDERFUL" of a city as Indy is
Think about all the time you could save not driving back and forth between cities for car meets, not to mention the time saved not having to fill up with gas ever 500 feet... what with that awesome 2.5 gallon tank BMW put on your 10mpg V10 sports car!!!

I can't get there til a little after 6, as I have to go to Naperville and let my dog out before I head up there, but you guys can get food before you get there.

Kyle
and possibly Big Tom
