W211 E55 DTM style steering wheel

As member PSUBALL1 already posted! We do have the W211 E55 AMG steering wheel for sale! Price will be $825 with core exchange! which means E55 owners need to send the stock steering wheel back to us as part of the deal! It is very difficult to find W211 E55 core nowadays!
PM us if you have any question!!

Is it possible to have the steering wheel with the E63 paddles install on it?
I really want this steering wheel but with the E63 shifter paddles intalled with the wiring and everything...just a bolt on
I dont know where to buy this paddles other than the dealer.

paddle issue

Many customers asked about this so let me explain some detail here!
First of all, AMG E55 W211 is a pretty unique wheel using the unique button module, the cavity to hold the module is smaller than others
it make the paddle conversion PITA
Also, with the existing cavity, even we do the permanent conversion (like the one we posted on S55) the paddles will hide right behind the wheel instead of offset about 4/3 inch from the inner edge!
So, For E55 owners, the best option is to change the wheel and airbag to E63 or CLS63, that is the estiest way to have the paddles on wheel.

We can do something like this!
The carbon portion can be any woodgrain.

The wheels very nice!
but....thats not a DTM wheel, if you were refering to the CLK DTM wheel

it looks like a cross between the CLK blk wheel and the other wheel offered for the E and CLS

looks killer though very nice

Do you make CLS ver?
also what colors can u make?

Thanks

We have this one for CLS!
this also works for CLK 209 and SL 230
We have almost every Mercedes leather color and couple major colors in Alcantara. The DTM style comes from a W203 group buy about year ago! already forget why people called this DTM style
Let us know what we can help you!

hey question! i am interested in one of the steering wheels, but will i be able to use the same buttons as my 07 e550 ones? cuz the 07's buttons look different then 06 and under! or do i simply keep that part, but just buy like the wheel part without the front if you know what i mean? and then all the wiring should work correctly so i can stil use the buttons right?!
thanks!

I think they can just convert your steering wheel to the flat-bottom style steering wheel so that everything else stays without modifications.

W211 07 and later E350, E550 switched the airbag module to the same one used on W209 CLK, W219 CLS and R230 SL type.
However, the E550 can option for shifting paddles as black plastic one with small + and - marks.
Mercedes did this on purpose to differenciate the E63 paddles.
Good news if you want to spend $380 to buy the E63 paddles, the paddle upgrade is easy and painless.
Also, the remote control buttons on the front side of steering wheel stay with the airbag module which means when you switch the airbag to a new steering wheel, you also switch the control buttons all together!
OK! to answer your question, if your steering wheel don't have the paddles in the back, just use our W209 DTM steering wheel for your 07 E550 and everything will be functional as factory.
Let us know if you have more question!!
