E-Class Owner's Manual - 2007 - Editions/Differences

What is the difference, and why do they have multiple editions?
For instance, my car came with Edition A-
I just ordered a new manual, and the only one available for 2007 is now Edition C.....

Why do they update?
Anyone know specifically what was added/deleted/changed in THESE versions?

I don't know specifically, but I think they are just revisions adding info that was forgotten and fixing incorrect information. With older manuals they came in hard covers and the ones that come now are just paperback.
