Is there a reset function for the Dynamic seats that can be performed without going to the dealer?

I road in the passenger side of my car yesterday and realized when the dynamic feature is turned off the side bolsters fully inflate and I can't figure out how to get them to go back down.

Not sure if it's something my 95lb wife did or if something is goofy with that seat. When you turn the dynamic feature on the bolsters deflate again and work as they should.

The cars soo new to me that maybe I'm just not trying to adjust them correctly?

maybe she had them inflated all the way and the dynamic setting deflates them a bit so that it can adjust.
did u try adjusting the side bolster settings manually?
the buttons to adjust lumbar, seat length and the width of the bolsters are all in the same area as the dynamic and pulse button.

I'd like to know the same thing, my drivers side seat is acting funky. I tried disconnecting the battery in the trunk for a few hours but that didn't help. Maybe I'll try disconnecting the other battery next.

+1. The sides can be deflated. All the issues I know of are with them losing charge not holding it.

Sorry for the useless thread gents. You were right, She had them fully inflated and I was using the wrong button to try to adjust them which is why the pressure wasn't going down.

All is good now.
