hey just wondering if anyone has seen the interior on this E55. Is it facotry? the headliner is also black suede instead of the gray suede? Not looking to buy it just wondering if its factory or not. Thanks

I think it's a custom job, the red stiching is also very nice. A bit too muich red for me though..:)

Pretty sure the CF parts are available. I hate CF so I don't remember but it was a recent thing.

Looks like the old Corvette mod red interior. I think I like it better on the Vette's..

I think the leather is custom. The carbon fiber pieces are "Presidential Edition" pieces. You can tell due to the Chrome accents on the trim and the AMG logo on the ashtray lid. If the carbon was aftermarket it wouldn't have the marking and accents. The presidential from what I understand was only produced in Techtite Grey so he most likely purchased the carbon from Mercedes or an individual. But I might be wrong. The headliner looks awesome in the black instead of grey. Don't know how he got that unless it was a Designo option or something. I really like it except for the red leather.

It's all factory. The leather is Designo Rot 3B96. All kinds of special interior options are listed on this car's datacard.

Red stitching & CF trim looks good. The red leather inserts, not so much.

Agree here... I have a black suede headliner on my other car and I love it. I'm not sure why all auto manufacturers do it in gray. The only thing I can think of is the lighter color gives the illusion of more head room.

Anyone know where you can get the CF interior from?

i hope that black/red interior isn't factory option...
