What's your E55 really worth?
Is it worth what the dealer will give you on a trade?
Is it worth slightly more than what they sell for at Manheim et al?
Is it worth Kelly Blue Book? NADA?
What about the mods? Worth 50% of original cost?
Is the real value what the insurance company will give you if you total the car?
A topic for conversation......What say you?

Similar to real estate, the buyer determines the value. If you ask someone that owns one, we think they are more valuable than what you can buy one for.

Truth be told-many sellers think their cars are worth more than people are willing to pay. Even lower priced cars (24K E55 2003) take several weeks to sell.
2003 E55 cars that are offered for sale @ $28000 are not gonna sell that quick.

thats kinda what I think- Its worth only what someone will pay for it.....

What's worse is he post the beatings on youtube and then proceeds to try and sell it here! Did you by a car yet? There is a nice 03 with 40k on it in the classifieds. It needs to come down a little in price though.

It's hard to put a price on these cars. Most of the folks here prefer their cars to but totally stock/unmodded/babied by grandma so they know it was not abused so they have a clean slate to mod with. There are exceptions when a modded car is purchased from a well-known member.

Mine is a Dream come true.
Since the W210 E50 came out, my father bought one brand new, and then the W211 came out upgrade it to a level that it cant be any better... this car was my Wet & wild dream... And finally, a year ago, came true.
I really dont care if the prices of this cars are going down almost every day.
This is my dream car, and "Dreams dont have a price!!"

Oh yea, I fall in love with E55 the first time I saw it in the street but at the time could not afford one. And now, no way selling my E55. This is also my dream car. I just keep it clean, stock. I already oil changed 2 times in 5000 miles. Wash it + wax it and use leatherique rejuvenator every 2 months. The way I pamper my car, I just dont find a right price to justify my car value !
06 E55 Pewter, Panoroof, KeylessGo, Heat/Cool seat, Dynamic seat, Rear sun-shade, Navi, automatic closing trunck, parking sensor, RearSpoiler, 3 Fins CF diffuser. As someone said, its priceless for me !
