That is pretty much the twin to my car, which I recently bought off lease from MB financial. I paid a bit more than I should've,but at the end of the day was satisfied with the deal. It was $43k. When I got the car new in 06 the sticker on it was 94k

m3-addict so their online prices are like carmax.

It is not that bad of a price but not something priced to move. So that is the case with all their cars no negotiations just like carmax?

This particular cars looks to have had a lot of work done to it based on the carfax. Price seems fair though!

About $33K - $35K Its very personal, if you really like this particular car, for $2K is no big deal if u dont wanna wait too long. Plus, its has only 37K miles, fairly low mileage. Dont break your head to think if you can find much cheaper, sometimes what you pay what you get ! Just get it and take care of it. If you worry about warranty, try to buy ext. from Chrysler or Fidelity.
Good luck !

Exactly, they have no haggle prices. Most they've droped is maybe 1000 just to sweeten a deal, but that's rare. This car was one of the very first cars I worked on when I sold my M3, and it's been sitting there for a long time. Unfortunately the owner of EEE is very wealthy and he does not need to move cars to make money.

It was at 36K, they recently just dropped it this low. So it's fair as of now, but I called now to see if I can work something out but he said there was a deposit on the car.

One of the most standard, text book, sales gimmick to rush a customer into a sale is the "someone put a deposit on the car" line or "someone is coming out of town to buy it tonight/tomorrow" or "so and so is test-driving it as we speak", etc.... In very few cases, the sales person is telling the truth, but the other 99% of the time, they're simply not

M3 Addict, if you really want it...push for it. Tell him you want it, ready to sew the deal up.

EEE now has like 4 dealers around the area. He much be doing very well.
They started with one in Tyson's and in a matter of a year, they expanded so looks like their system is working for them.

Funny you found this car, I just came back from seeing it with my father. It's very close to where I live. We couldn't agree on the price. KBB Trade Fair is 22K (Lowest Value) and KBB Private Excellent is 28K (Highest Value). I offered something in between for a fair price, but he had his mind set to have some sort of 3 in front of his price. Might re-visit in a few weeks if it's still available and see if he'll take 27K. Also the warranty will expire in a few months, so you got to allocate another $3000 to the price, so you'll be in the 30K range which will be 2006 M5 territory by March.

I was very persistent to make sure of that actually. I asked if they had issues with Financing, but was told no. So I'm pretty sure it was sold. No warranty though, despite the 2006 model and only 42K miles, apparently it was made late 2005 edition. But for a Virginia E55 (Car's More Expensive Here), I think 30-33K was fair. Best of luck to the new owner.

Trust me, I had forgotten about this car since it was at 36K earlier. When the link was posted today and I made a revisit to the site and at the new price, I got on the phone right away. I have a friend who is a sales person there who I contacted and he told me the car had a deposit. I even called anonymous to the particular dealer and as a new customer was told the same. I would had very well made that deal if the car was still available.

TMI!!! Please keep your bodily functions to yourself.

You want a great E55, buy mine. I'll let you have it for 27K, still under CPO until 7/10 and it does not need a thing.
