License plate LEDs.. step in
6418 is what it says for E, SL, and a few others... some of our vendors I checked with don't have them...
I remember some threads about ebay ones, and that people bought em and didn't have errors, and they worked great..
any assistance with sellers names, or links?

I second mikey33's suggestion. I've had these on my car for about 6 months now n they are "clean" Super bright and clear white. Couldn't get anything better IMO plus the good part........TRULY ERROR-FREE
. Seller is also top notch, will vouch for him.

What fits in an E55, won't it fit in the r230.. both use the 6418 bulb as indicated on the sylvania lamp guide replacement page

The SL is black, and has more than 8 cylinders
When I pick it up in the next couple days I will have a full thread with pics, details, and what's done to it, cause it is far from stock

Installed this afternoon. 5 min install and no error codes. Lights were delivered in less than 48 hours of ordering. The LP LED bulb is the same as the glove box $40 for all three delivered.

What did the lights actually look like? Do they look like they do right on the page?

I am wondering if they will fit an R230 SL.. its the same 6418 bulb, but I don't know if the socket size where the light goes is the same size as the w211 e55...? ANyone know?
and sandoval I need to order 2 right? Cause for $12 it only comes with 1 light yea?

E 63S Wagon Renntech, E55 Renntech, SL65, SL 55 030, ML, bunch of old ones--they come, they go...
I got mine from...
PY Speed who frequents these boards. Good service, super white, no errors, but not plug and play for 211. Had to take the rear trunk trim panel off to get them in properly. Very happy with results....

You guys like the looks of these? I was considering updating my yellow lights with LED's but was a bit cautious as I didn't want them to look to "ricey" if you know what I mean. I was going more for an updated look, not a "look at me" look. Would be sweet if it looked like a new benz.
