Okay guys I finally got all the parts in!!! I want to install them this weekend, but and at a loss really of what I need to do and how to do it. I know I need to remove the front bumper and then remove the stock h/e and pump and then replace them with the new parts; what is the process of doing the split IC circuit and wiring it to be on all the time? Can anybody give me any type of detailed instructions from beginning to end starting if I already have the bumper off? Thanks very much!

BTW, the h/e is 30"x3"x6". From what I can tell it is about the same size as the stock h/e it is going to replace and looks the same. What makes it that much better?

Remove stock h/e, them bolt new one on. Use the same inlet and out let hoses for the new h/e. Mount the pump wire it into the stock harness. Check the DIY section for split cooling. bleed the system and you are set. It is about 1/2 days worth of work.

it looks like the EC heat exchanger is a dual pass type radiator. meaning, it flows across the top row then across the bottom row for it to cool the fluid down more.

I don't remember off hand but I believe the stock one is not as thick and a little shorter. Something like 30X2x5 or so.

Should I buy new tubing or just use the existing and is there a certain way to mount the meziere pump since it has to be upright and the stock is horizontal I believe?

TBPH ... I think the replacement / custom H/E is worth less than 10% of the performance of a rear reservoir/split circuit system using the OEM H/E. If I were to do it all over again I would start with a rear reservoir / split circuit setup with a beefier rear mounted pump and the OEM H/E.... and only then move to a bigger FMHE if I found it necesary... which I doubt.
Also the OEM H/E is VERY light - mbe not ideal for absorbing and transferring heat, but the CODE3 is a much heavier piece - something to consider.
On a side note I am removing the W220 extra cooling rad I have mounted in front of A/C H/E as my IC H/E circuit now has the 10 gal rear tank and a CM90 to keep the pressure and flow sufficiently high enough. The W220 draws too much air flow away from the Motor radiator - which on long WOT runs could suffer substantially. So with the rear reservoir I find I need to look after cooling the motor more now than the IC circuit...
A note on this setup is when the pump is not running the water drains out of the circuit and away from the I/C as its not a 100% sealed setup (in my application) and you may consider doing a fully sealed / pressurised system.

Thanks for all the help and explanation by phone Shardul! We are about 1/3rd way done and this job has turned into a nightmare lol. We had a major hard time trying to get our hands on the T connector going to the supercharger and removing the hose and then reapplying a plug and clamping that down, very frustrating! As per my research on this site also I was under the impression that all the tubing was 3/4", but the tubing going to the "T" seemed to be metric although we got a 3/4" hose to fit very snugly. Also, a lot, let me repeat, a lot of fabrication is needed on our cars to get all the parts hooked up correctly if anybody else is thinking about trying it. I will report back once we install the pump and reservoir with pictures. Thanks again .

Yeah, I would definitely not recommend it to many people because it is one of those jobs if you do not know 100% what you are doing you might never get it back together especially since some of the oem brackets you have to break and will not be able to use again to reattach the OEM pieces if needed. Good though you saved yourself the time and heartache.

Okay guys completely done except for the antifreeze and wire to be constant on tonight!!! Below is a link to my photo album where I did some very good documentation for anybody who wants an idea of what to expect for a similar job. As you can see we did our due diligence and made sure everything was done correctly and put back together as if OEM besides for the zip ties around the front of the heat exchanger because we were stumped at that point. We made sure no metal to metal was touching whatsoever on any parts and we used rubber to do that. Also, a big concern we were having was where to place the reservoir because it seemed to only fit in one place but was darn close to the belt, but we managed to mount it and keep a gap of 1 1/2". BTW, since we were in a working mood and dirty we decided to change the oil, air filters, and paint the mesh grille so that it was nice and shiny! If you have any questions let me know or what you think.....

Can we install the Meziere pump using the stock wiring of the Bosch / Johnson IC pump? Do I have to use the the fuse that comes with the Meziere pump?

I tried measuring it before but the tool "actron" that I borrowed from the auto store did not work on my car even though it is supposed to show live data, so I do not know the before, but I will sure find out the after by trying to borrow one from someone and post results.
