Command won't turn on
 

It intermittenly started a few weeks ago and now won't turn on at all.

It happened a few times where it would shut off but turn on a few minutes later. Today i hopped in the car to go to work and it never came on. Fuses are good but no power. The 6 disc CD changer won't open either. I'm thinking a most ring failure but don't know where to start. The navigation unit does eject the DVD however. This is what the instrument cluster shows.

Correct, it is most likely a break in your MOST ring... Since you're having issues with your CD Changer, I would assume that is the culprit... You may go to the dealer and purchase a MOST bus jumper and plug it into the Fiber connector of the CD Changer.... This will finish the loop (if this is where it's broken) and your audio system will be back online... You won't have a CDC anymore, but at least you'll be back in business and can replace the CDC once it's the confirmed suspect...

Warranty work or did you have to pay ? Price ?

Easy care warrantly ($250 deductible). $1260 for the command (-$310 core return) and $189 for labor.
