Emailed the seller, he says it work for 04 E55.. It says its for ABC suspensions though..

Yep it'll work. It's just a V1 module with toggle switches on the inside.

The V2 has the switches on the inside as well. The only difference is how it is installed. You just need to purchase a remote to adjust on the fly. I think they are $300. Or just set it where you want it and let it ride.
