Lighting setup - very stormy day, natural light, HDR image. This is my first attempt at HDR (High Dynamic Range). I took 5 shots with different exposures (same aperture, differing shutter speeds to maintain depth of field). The shots were taken at +1.3, 0, -1.0, -2.0, -2.7, and -3.7, then combined together using software called Photomatix (trial version leaves watermark). Then minor adjustments were made in photoshop (curves and darkening perimeter). A tripod (or solid camera mount) is highly recommended. The only problem I had was the sky moving when changing camera settings between shots. The sky is a little hard to look at without getting dizzy due to the ghosting.
Not bad for a first attempt - 4 minute shoot, 35 min edit.
Wheels are 19" Work Gnosis GS1's (10.5"/285 rear & 9.0"/245 front) with a custom offset dialed in to the millimeter. These are similar to Renntech wheels, but have some shape and curve to them...
Fog lamps are the projector type. I purchased them from Gary@Suvneer through this forum. (I've had a few issues with them - build quality and ballast phasing)
