I did see this one Marcus, I did call dealership. They wouldn't judge saying that is our lowest price and all that stupid ****. I offered them 27.5k. I did find another one in IN though. 06 with 66k on it for 24.9 but I have dealership at 23.5k at the moment.

Man just pull the trigger, then send Marcus a finders fee. The guy is leading you to the water, but that's all he can do?
Either way Chawkins may or may not friend you?

+1 its good price and very well equipped ! Already has black out the grill.
The only thing i don't like is the spoiler (too long) and the whole tail light tinted (like better if tint only red part) This is a excellent price and well equipped. Check car fax and go for it !

PPI is getting done today on the black one I posted... I am not fan of the tails or spoiler either, which is why I kept my original 07-09 tails and will order new spoiler haha.....Fingers crossed!

I just spoke with the owner of the car originally posted for sale in this thread. He said that he never received a call/offer on that car. He would be able to do $27.5 on it.
The car has had no paintwork according to him as well.
This is a shop that sells motorcycles primarily and he just picks up cars he likes from time to time. He's been a well respected member of the local car community in Chicago for a number of years now. Also works at some well respected shops. I think you should go take a look at this thing and try to get this done.

Well looking at E55, first thing I see if the car has rims. If it does I wouldn't even look at it. I know something was messed with. I don't know that is just me lol

Car was and has always been enough for me. As for the wheels, I wanted it to look more like how it performed. Never messed with modding the engine, exhaust etc.. all the blown motors and failure stories from bad tunes and misaligned pullies kept me from doing so. I worked at Mercedes for 5 years so I knew the car inside and out before I even purchased it. I have made every effort to continue to pamper the car daily.
It's never been without and aside from a small leak in the rear diff that after a lot of replaced seals, has been fixed. (breather clogged) For the money this is JUST as nice, if not nicer, than most out there.

eMoving, even you would be impressed brotha! Your car looks great by the way. Always keeping an eye out for what your doing. The CLS was amazing and the E is slowly working to the iconic status of that car.
I'm not too far from you. Hoping to make it out to Timmayfest this year. I'm not in a pinch to sell my E55, just keeping options open. Charly, you're absolutely right sir! It's terrible to see the values of these machines take such a fall. I'll just keep on taking great care of it and continue playing the role of an adoption agency screening for its next owner. HA!
