Prepaid maintenance AMG
I posted something similar to the ML section but not much ML owners so figured I would try here given similar engine.
Sold the 07 E63 earlier in the year and end up with a M3 vert for the wife. After 5 months and a longer job commute, wife wanted another car. M3 even with DCT was a bit of a pain for her to drive vs the E. We went back to the 6.3L engine and ended up with an 11' ML63.
My question is regarding pre paid maintenance and the 40k service. Since the ML63 is at 19kish miles, dealer performed a B service per CPO. I was offered a 3 year maintenance plan for ~$1300 which would cover 30,40,50k service. From my understanding, the 40k service is rather expensive and if so, is $900-$1200 an accurate estimate of the 40k service? If so then it makes sense to prepay?

Since I have an E55, I don't know exactly what service A or B entails for the 63 but I think I paid like 100 bucks for my service A and my Service B was like 200... Find a MB repair/maintenance shop in your area and save some money when services are due
