I think the op is describing a kill story. The 63TT is elegance in comparison and anything that costs over a buck (100 grand) should walk on most E55s. Did you say the CLS had the performance package?
The BMW sounds intriguing because it handles better. In the end, no forum member here would go there, 'tho.

Me over rated ? I have never drove 157 engine before and as I stated before, surely its more advance and much more potential than 113K no doubt but just think its over rated as most people describe it as the best engine ever.....

I'm changing my tune to EC as well as doing TCU Tune, quaiffe, TTM ported and shaft ground TB, 550 inj, looped rail in the next week.. I currently have the Kleemann tune and will keep the 168 crank pulley.. Just wanted a little more boost.. Will let you guys know what I dyno, keep in mind the dyno I use is a Mustang and is a total heartbreaker...

EC Tune is a little more agressive and Cory doesn't tune for 550 inj.. Plus, I am using their special holiday pricing. I think my car is running a little rich on this tune anyway. We'll see how it turns out, but my guys are excited to see what numbers it will put down after all this...

So how big are our injectors ? I still don't understand why they are not needed in a 650 Hp st 4 Kleemann. Are other tunes pushing Ignition timing to the absolute limit on pump fuel ? Someone please help me understand.

I know that down here Jeremy would NOT finish a tune because the stock injectors where going static around 4800-5000rpms(a friend's car). Mods at time were 180, grinded stock tb, and modified stock manafolds. Now he has a TTM looped rail and injectors and no problems.
Peace of mind goes a long way also. My injectors were installed when i upgraded my pulley.(first mod other than cooling)

I still don't understand why Kleemann a very very Reputable tuning company that has been tuning e55 before any of these other tuners were Around says there not needed ? Just very curious in knowing. I have a stock pulley and the biggest I would get is a 168.

Kleemann and other tuners
Its really funny to me that people are questioning Kleemann tunes and bigger injectors . Like its been talked about a million times , Kleemann tunes are reliable and safe and somewhat conservative compared to other tuners who go right to the limit with timing. Come on, they have the tech, engineers and facilities and years of tuning these mercedes engines and their ECU's and tcu's. They know what their doing their not experimenting with customer engines like some other tuners. Theirs no long list of Blown engines with Kleemann tunes not to say one their engines couldn't blow up. Their big liablities and bad press involved in blown engines that equal to thousands of dollars that could be lost. And yes a K3 tune or K4 with big tb will support as I was told buy Cory a bigger crank pulley up 178 to 180. I agree bigger injector's 550cc would be a safe guard on the engine with the right cooling .. let this topic go ,, Damm
I have a ported 82mm TTM throttle body and K3 no issues.
