How has your E been treating you this year?
Just wondering how everyone's 55 has been holding up. Since the new year, I honestly have not been able to drive mine much. I think in the last 2 months I have only put about 30 miles on it..
Hell, I haven't even started it in the last 1 1/2 weeks.
Almost thinking it may be worth it just to put it in a nice deep sleep until June or July..

shes been behaving (to an extent)
, since december these bits have gone wrong
- Heat exchanger transfer valve (duovalve equiv)
- rear main seal leak
- crankshaft sensor
- rear shock airmatic resevior leak
hopefully thats it for now! HE, SC pulley and possibly TCU tune(unsure on TCU ) getting done and Jerry is in the UK so getting him to dyno tune it.
shed better behave after that

I just wanted to see how these cars are treating you now that they hit the 10 year mark for the '03 models. Amazing cars still. Lets see how long they'll go!

My W210 and W211 both so far only regular service and brake change for the last 2 years. In fact, my 13 years old W210 still running strong and never has to fix anything other than oil, brake, filter, tires change. My W211 only issue for the past 4 years was water pump and engine mounts. Hope they will treat me well for the next few years.

I think I will do engine/trans mount soon aswell. Mine are going bad finally. I just don't like making it sit so long, I refuse to drive it anymore in winter, last thing I want is rust and corroding parts on a car this fast.. At least this is what I see everytime I walk into the garage
