New V tomorrow, inexpensive '04 E55 ready to sell
Car is an '04 with 83k miles and clean carfax. I have all receipts for maintenance done 6 months ago (new motor mounts, new rear strut (car got a blow out and piece of tire hit the strut), new idler pulley, new brake pads plus second set of dustless pads brand new in box (included at asking price only) new rear tires 1k miles ago (old ones were still good but wanted better traction) No curb rash at all on wheels. Interior is very very clean, oil changed 4 weeks ago, maybe 300 miles on it. Paint is very clean with light key scratch down passenger side only visible in the right light. I have a guy who can make almost undetectable in most all lighting which I will do for the sale, I just haven't had the time to get it to him but he already looked at it. EVERYTHING works perfectly, absolutely no issues and nothing has ever gone wrong for me. Options are very few, no nav, cold seats nothing like that. I am in long island NY. I am very picky and everyone who sees the car can't believe it is an 2004. I have no loan so title is free and clear. I run around with a few guys around here with other AMG's and they are very impressed with how the car runs with such minor mods. I have driven others and this car is a freak!
Some of the upgrades are: carbon fiber rear spoiler, light tint, drilled slotted rotors, cold air inlet through grill opened with non restrictive tube, K&N's and tuned by TTM 6 months ago. Not a pano car just perfectly painted black roof.
I will sell for $19,500 and it will be in classifieds tomorrow. I will consider old muscle car trades.

My guess is you are using the benz site as the host for your pics? As in you downloaded them to the site and posted those links to view and that is why they are tiny compared to if you had a photobucket, flickr, imageshack etc. account and posted the "img" link from one of those.

So what are your impressions being that your E55 was lightly modded and so is the V? I know you had a tune on the E55 and no tune on the V so there is a chunk of power to be had there but figure they are probably comparable as they sit.
On a different note, I can say that the Recaro seats in the V are nice around town but they kill my lower back on long drives. My back starts hurting in the E55 too but not nearly as bad.
My V is just so damn fast though I freaking love it. Even with it being nice and hot in Florida right now it still pulls like a freight train. Start hearing that supercharger whine and angry exhaust and get planted in the seat. It doesn't even have a bigger reservoir tank for the supercharger coolant yet either.

$18,500 I will take for the car...it has to be one of the least expensive E55's around with everything recently serviced, new tires, clean carfax and a few mods etc.

Bringing this to the top for a couple of guys to see. $18500 with all maintenance done I would think is pretty decent.

Lil bump for me!
I didn't mention the interior in the ad above...the interior is very very clean. I didn't even take any pics so I should do that obviously but as I have said before, no rush to sell it. Thanks for looking.

SOLD! Still a little surprised that no one on here bought it but it's gone. I guess the color held it up a bit but I did only have it on NY craigslist. Thanks all...
I still have brand new in box akebono dustless pads, a full set...preferably for local person but will ship if I have too. $200

Thanks...I already modded it....I am on ctsvowners under the user name 87GN...I have all the mods listed there when you see one of my posts. The next step is coming this week. Nothing to do with money but I just wanted to see the gains from each mods and the smaller sc pulley with tune only really woke it up! I also have corsa exhaust, air raid, 850 injectors. Next is lower pulley and E85...no headers and no heat exchanger. In my very detailed homework I really figured out that those things just don't do much. I will be running a car with my exact mods and same tuner, so there will be no discrepancies, but he has headers and heat X...I think I will win!

Congrats on the sale and new ride. I don't suppose shipping those pads to TX 77498 would be a huge pain in the ***, would it?

I got $18k options were...ummm let me think...uhhhhhh....NONE! Roll up windows!
Not really many options, no nav...really nothing but cheap and the extras listed!
Car will need nothing for about 10-20k miles though and we all the maintenance on these cars.
