Still working on tuning fellas, we are seeing 15lbs now, but experiencing a bad breakup at 4000rpms.

We are changing the plugs today, to see if that helps along with running some back pressure testing due to us still running the stock manifolds.

Not quite sure if this is related to the stock bypass, if it is getting spark blowout etc. I had one step colder plugs in the car, but going back to factory plugs and closing the gap to try and rule of that issue.

Do you know where your IATs are sitting? I'd be surprised if it was a spark blowout issue... Can you tell me what your colder plugs are gapped to? I'd close them up before trying anything hotter, one thing at a time.

I know I was running a pretty right gap on mine. I want to say like .020 or something. I don't think you would be having spark blow out at 15psi.

Colder plugs were .032 guys, and IATS are at 104*.
The breaking up is causing multiple misfires btw.

Does it go lean when breaking up? As previously mentioned, doubt you're blowing out spark at 15psi

Well .039 is stock. I assume you're on the corn right now? I'd take it down closer to rocket's 0.020 before changing plugs but if you're on the corn the hotter plug won't be that big of a deal

Sometimes weak valve springs can cause this issue.

Ok good. You can still go lean on the corn. Is it a misfire isolated to one bank or both banks? What exactly happens at 4k rpms?

We changed all the plugs and gapped them down to .022, still skipping.

Ahmad, what fuel setup did you have brotha? I have two e85 320lph pumps with 1000cc injectors and the stock regulator along with a looped rail. All the fuel lines are stock.

My fuel pressure is dropping about 15psi from idle to when we mash it, and the break up starts at that point.
