gates heavyduty

gates is one company that make those belts, whatever the belt part number you need, get the gates belt that has the "HD" on the end and it will be the green heavy duty belt like the one you posted. send me what approx "shorter" length you will need and i can get you the part number for the heavy duty belt. are you using the belt wrap kit?? or plan on using it? this may allow for you to use the same length belt??? something to consider.

heres the run down...

here are the various belts and part numbers that are "around" your estimated range for belt with the smaller sc pulley. i believe the usual, oem length is about 51 inches (approx) starting from there:
k080505 = 51 inches length (k080505hd for the green belt),
k080510 = 51.5 inches length (k080510hd for green belt),
k080496 = 50.125 inches length (k080496hd for green belt),
k080491 = 49.625 inches length (k080491hd for green belt),
k080485 = 49.125 inches length (k080485hd for green belt).

these are all gates part numbers and the "green" heavy duty belts are referred to as "fleetrunner" but you will see the green. hope this is helpful.

Stock belt will work just fine with a smaller sc pulley. the tensioner will take up the slack in the belt
