what diff. fluid should i use?

This question is not that easy to answer!
There were 2 different families of diffs mounted in the E55:
2002-2004: HAG210E ("screwed" side shafts to flanges at the diff)
2004-2007: HAG215FE ("plunged" side shafts without flanges)
Both are made for different hypoid fluids (bearings, seals, tolerances)!
An the next question:
Do you have a LSD mounted?
If yes, stock LSD or after market?
Diffs with LSD need a different fluid, because the wear of the LSD clutches and the wear of the fluid is much higher with "stock fluid"!
Stock fluid cracks to fast in diffs with LSD, so it becomes to thin to lubricate all components in the correct way (bearings, seals...)
