Thank you Alberti, hurricane scoops
Let me start by saying thank you, you the man I ordered the scoops and received them in two days, the scoops are professionally made and great quality very clean, and let me say they look very sexxy on the car, easy to install, I didn't have to do any modifications (plug & play) just line them up use a center push and drill a pilot hole, on the passenger side just loosing the car horn and lower it, I cut 5/16 braided fuel line as a rubber bushing, you can use flat washers as well if you like, and I used #14 x 1 1/2 self drilling bolt from home depot, and done enjoy your scoops, hurricane scoops . Again thank you

The airflow pressure is increased coming into the intake - I believe Jake measured it - gotta search though ... I have the prior vendor scoops and I swear it makes a difference at speed - nothing at idle

It makes sense. Like a ram air
They don't shunt more rain into the intake on a rainy day?
