Only one brake pad sensor on the front?

Only one brake pad sensor on the front?
So I just got a 2006 (aug 2005 production) e55 and went was going ahead and do a rotor/ pads change.
I could not for the life of me find the sensor on the front driver side even though reading through the DIYs that one just unplugs it.
Determined that I just don't know where it is, I switched to the passenger side, lo and behold, the sensor and wire is right in plain sight!
So the question is : is there only one front sensor for 2006 cars that has the cls suspension? Or did my drivers side sensor got ripped off by some dumb mechanic by the previous owner?
