Just curious, I've heard it might quiet the rattle from the FSP at idle and also that it might make part throttle shfting firmer by not allowing "torque limits" to be imposed.... I read somewhere that someone has it blocked off, but I couldn't find any more info. Chime in if you have any pertinent info.

I wonder how drivability is then with a FSP...
I heard that early SL55 AMGs without bypass flap (or was it clutch?) were not so good to drive for daily driving. People told in some forums that whenever there was boost and you let of the pedal, that car would still accelerate for a second or so, until boost was "used" by the engine so to speak.
