Noisy fuel pump
My 2009 e63 has 62000 miles daily driver.bought used,I think it is stock.before the warranty went out I have the dealer check a deep rumble/ knocking from under the seat.they replaced engine mounts because of the noise which I believe was still ok, front air matic failed 2 weeks after the warranty expired (replaced with arnott). They said the noisy lifters were ok.i asked about the noise under the back seat which I think is a noisy fuel pump, fairly loud rumble at idle. The service advicer said that the fuel pump was "high tech" I did not ask him what that meant.
