Who Has The Best Cooling Setup???

I was intrigued after reading a thread recently on what to do to go fast. The OP in that thread listed a few members here and said to pick a member and follow in their foot steps.

So kinda on that same note... Which members here have the best cooling setups? And if you can be as detailed as you can about it to help us novice folk to maybe follow if your footsteps that would be awesome. Parts, routes, temps, any and all info!

P.S. Of course the modding would dictate how much cooling is needed but for the sake of this thread, lets pretend it's for wanting to go *****-out...

Not all the way ***** out bc I guess I could add NO2. But I have Killer Chiller>trunk tank>IC plus using a 2 nozzle meth/water setup once boost hits 8psi. Can be 90* and on the street my IATs are around 55-60. Hwy at 80-90mph right at ambient give or take 5*. WOT can still tip up to 120-130* but with a 195 crank I got a lot of heat to cool.

In cooler temps like 50* the Torque app will warn me of ice bc my IATs can reach 30*!!!!

That's a great setup. What state are you in?

I'm in FL and I need every ounce of cooling for inside the cabin.

In Alabama, so similar heat issues just not 365 days of the year. We have a winter here, short as it is

However I don't daily my E. Cooling with KC to me isn't bad but I also weigh just 160 and don't have lots of built in insulation. It does take an extra 2min or so to get comfortable. I have a Chevy Volt I drive daily. To me it's like the Eco setting in the Volt. It cools just takes a few min more than comfort mode.

E55 and several 928s
Off topic, but why drive a boring *** car? Life is too short. Different strokes for different folks, but you clearly get the idea with the AMG. Just funny.

I spent a couple of months in Birmingham in the summer. You have the same brutal heat/humidity, but without the coastal breeze.

Do you remember what you set your a\c pressures to after the killer chiller install?

No I don't recall. I pick up the car from BIP today after more upgrades and will have the AC system checked once back. I will get the pressures then.

My cooling system is similar to Black06c230 with similar results.

I am running the killer chiller, 2.5 gallon under hood tank, meth/water @10psi, modified single pass ceramic coated inter cooler, 2 inline pumps. I have a 12v bypass valve to switch my larger heat exchanger on & off line. with the exception of road course racing (20 minute runs) the heat exchanger is not needed & kept off line.
