If I read your post correctly, with LTH's, you lose the primary cats. The rest you can keep. That's what I did. LTH's, no primaries, stock the rest of the way back. You will most likely need a tune for LTH's. EC did mine and they can code the ECU in a way so that, for inspection, the primaries look unavailable to the OBD reader. I don't have any trouble passing. In Texas, at least.

my question was i can't use only long headers without X pipe etc.

If you dying to spend money do control arms, ball joints, motor mounts, trans service, diff service, and all the maintenance stuff.
If I were to do it over again I would leave the car stock except for a Weistec catch can.
