Are you using factory pads with the factory rotors? Just to rule it out you are not a 2 footed driver correct?

Wow, Now I know more about brakes than I ever thought there was to know. Time to flush the fluid again.

Yes, it was very helpful reading.
But I don't know if I should try to change the brake pads? Because I never changed them after lathering the rotors?
Maybe I should try that first?

I'm surprised you didn't change the pads when you lathed the rotors to begin with.

Well, I didn't think it could be the pads 😯.
Do you think I should do it now? Or is it to late?

That's a question I'm hesitant to answer over the internet. Can it be done? Yes. SHould it be done? That's something that's addressed on a case by case basis. If the rotors aren't warped, and if they're still within service limit it should be fine. If there's any doubt about how much servicable life is left, then replace the rotors at the same time.

No longer stock '06 E55, A3 3.2 Quattro, LRD4 HSE, R107 280SL
I had similar vibration issue and was REAR rotors... fwiw. Also what you could try is have the wheels balanced on the car.

Alright you guys. I think I dont have another option then to change my rotors. Hopefully they new ones will do more then 10000miles before they bend.
Im thinking about ordering from racingbrake.com ( http://www.racingbrake.com/Two-piece...ONT-p/2141.htm ).
Anyone here using these brakes?

Thanks for all your help!

If you are looking for the most durable and reliable brake replacement for your E63, look no further.

There is no more solid and longer term testimonial than Jon's experience on his E63 with RB rotors.

Read Jon's long term review here:
His original rotors were replaced with RB two piece rotors after 87,000 miles on the rotors including 2 track days.

https://mbworld.org/forums/w211-amg/...ml#post5008728

He now needs a 2nd rotor replacement at >180,000 miles
-After more than 100,000 miles & 4-1/2 years later-

https://mbworld.org/forums/w211-amg/...ml#post6830960

Another solid testimonial on RB's durability exceeding 100,000 street and track miles.

I have had the car for a thrual inspection and nothing could be found.
So my only option is to change the rotors. Hopefully Racingbrakes will do better then OEM.
