315mm width recommended wheel width is between 10.5" and 11.5" so will likely not work well with 9.5" wide wheels.

In terms of recommended wheel widths, 295mm wide tire would be wheel width range of 10" to 11". 295mm will work on 9.5" width wheel but sidewalls would bulge a bit. Max recommended (from most tire manufacturers) for 9.5" wide wheels is 285mm wide tires.

Aside from max recommended width for the wheel, anybody know if there are any limitations (rub) when you're lowered?

That sounds nice, do you have any pics? I figured you might have to roll if you're running the bigger tires.
