Help: Bolts securing front seat to frame rails
This is a 2005 E55. There is a slight wobble in the passenger front seat. Pulled the seat out to determine what was going on and found the cause. The bolt shown in this photo, while tight, is traveling up and down the oblong slot shown behind the bolt.
Question 1: Does anyone know part numbers or replacement parts for the bolt and the small nut behind it?
Question 2: Even if I do find replacement parts, will it actually resolve my problem? I'm not sure, other than a compressed fit, what prevents things from doing what they're doing to begin with.
Alternatively: What would be an appropriate fix?

I didn't attempt to remove the bolt to see, but the hole looks factory machined to me. Thank you for your help! I'm thinking I should inspect a "non-loose" side to see what it looks like.

There's a rubber sleeve that's shot. There is a thread about that, and a kit to fix it, but i don't remember what it was called. One guy wrapped it with black tape and was happy with the result.

Thank you everyone for your help. I was able to locate the thread mentioned above: https://mbworld.org/forums/w211-amg/...one-fixed.html
It has enough info for me to proceed.
