New Year, New Whip!
Hello Everyone,
Proud new owner of a flint grey W211 E63 AMG. I'm coming from two stage 3 B5 S4's, with the last one being a Tial 605 water/meth beast. Sold it a few months ago and seeked my replacement, hence the new thread.
Picked her up several days ago and have been enjoying myself since. Apparently, my car has the following mods:
Wald Black Bison Front Bumper with LED's
Wald Black Bison Side Skirts
Carbon Fiber Rear Trunk Spoiler
TTM Long Tube Headers
Evo Sport Pulley
Quaife LSD
Head Gasket Upgrade
Brembo Brakes
Eurocharged Tune
First mod you ask?? Head bolts as preventive maintenance! Read numerous threads on this subject and I want to have peace of mind.
Anyways, here a few pics of her. Enjoy!

Thanks guys!
Sure did. Good group of guys there. They're car enthusiasts just like all of us are.
Have no clue. Tried searching up on it but couldn't find anything.
Compared to the Tial 605 car, the E is a much better DD. I built the S4 to dominate the street but when it came to commuting to/from work in the DC metro area, it wasn't so great. Plus, with having 3 kiddos, needed something with a little more room and practical. Power wise though, my butt dyno says it's similar. When I had the S4 on a mustang dyno for my custom tune, it put down 486awhp/466awtq. I'm planning to strap the E to a dyno in the future so I know where it's at and to determine whether or not it has a tune.

I wanted to get them done as preventive maintenance but now I'm debating if I should roll the dice and take my chances?

I'm starting to think the same thing. With all these mods, I'd assume they would have taken care of the head bolts. I purchased it from a dealership so unfortunately I have no idea if any of the three previous owners actually had it done.

Beautiful car, congrats. I was the original owner of a Laser Red 2000 S4, kept it in the family for ten years. Great fun car, but like the MB better.

Nice. I was going to buy a laser but decided to get a Santorin one. I agree it is a fun car but I'm really loving the E. Knowing myself, I'll probably get another B5 S4 in the future as an additional toy/fun car if my finances allow.
Yes, they are. I like the contrast though. Thinking of powder coating the wheels black as well. The brake pads I have on there now dust like crazy! Thinking about swapping them out with Porterfields when the time comes.

I don't have experience with Porterfields, but my EBC red pads were silent from installation on and the dust is far less than oem also they seem to stop very well too. Good street pad and Amazon prime had them.
